A white fermented with the skins, gives the wine a golden/orange color and a different nose. It's very minty on the nose, with almost notes of camphor and a medicinal hint together with the classical varietal notes of orange blossom, honey and grape pulp. It's an unusual and characterful white, with a dry palate, minty flavors and a bitter twist on the finish.
